MARKETING & NEW BUSINESS MANAGER

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Marketing & New Business Manager. This is a new role to the business, giving you the opportunity to really make your mark within the company.

THE ROLE

The Marketing & New Business Manager is a hybrid role for the agency. In this role, you will collaborate closely across all departments, dedicating equal focus and energy into leading our marketing and communications efforts while also supporting across new business to fuel agency growth.

REPORTS TO: Managing Director
SALARY: Competitive, dependent on experience.

THE PERSON

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES (75% of the Role)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms, managing paid campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
  • Create engaging content, including copy for news updates, blog posts and case studies, to promote new projects across the website and social channels.
  • Collaborate with our external SEO consultant on SEO strategy and execution, ensuring regular reporting on performance and KPIs.
  • Work with the broader team to craft content and strategies for traditional marketing channels, including credentials, email, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Management of wider platforms for brand visibility; Drum RAR, Clutch, Google Reviews.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing platforms.
  • Research and management of award submission and entries.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics to monitor website performance is required; knowledge of InDesign is a plus but not essential.

 
NEW BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES (25% of the Role)

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team (Managing Director and Operations Director) on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Assist the Business Development Team with prospecting and new business strategies for wider sector growth.
  • Be the first point of contact for all website leads, ensuring that we’re responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Aid in the creation of pitch and credentials decks.
  • Contribute to the development of key client relationships, in collaboration with the Business Development Team and Producers.
  • Assist with the implementation of a CRM system to improve the management and tracking of client leads.
