When the direct competitor of your client’s major sponsor is plastered all over the world’s biggest endurance race, you have to get a bit creative.
Over 24 hours, the time it takes you to complete one lap is somewhat less significant when in comparison to qualifying, where that one lap could make or break your race from the moment the flag falls and the race begins. The heat is on, and every second counts.
We wanted to make that presence of time known to the audience. Through a mixture of fast paced track action and tense garage scenes we were able to achieve that, with an ever present suggestion of time ticking away. Tick, tick, tick.
