JOB SUMMARY

The Production Team expertly manages projects through every phase: development, pre-production, and post-production, ensuring that the client’s experience is to the highest possible standard. This Senior Producer role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients in the motorsport and automotive sectors. Working in a fast-paced environment requires the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within demanding turnaround times. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the delivery of projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring quality, budget and timing expectations are met.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout the production process, on and off set.
  • Translate client briefs into clear production plans, schedules, resource requirements and budgets.
  • Manage project teams, bringing together creatives, production talent, freelancers and suppliers to deliver outstanding work.
  • Oversee project finances, including estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the production team, helping to develop capability and best practice.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of production processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Support new business activity by contributing to proposals and pitches.
  • Champion high creative and production standards, ensuring work reflects the agency’s reputation and ambitions.
THE PERSON:
  • Significant experience in a Producer or Senior Producer role within an agency, production company or creative environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
  • Proven experience delivering complex productions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Background in automotive and/or motorsport production is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of international travel and permissions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to drive and live within a 60-minute commute of SG5 4BH.
  • A lover of dogs.
